This permanent, full time Controller role oversees accounting execution across multiple legal entities. You will manage month-end close, prepare reliable financial statements, and strengthen reporting discipline. The position requires CPA certification, advanced Excel skills, and progressive full-cycle accounting experience. Key Responsibilities:

Own month-end close across multiple legal entities Deliver review-ready income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows Complete journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations Prepare management reporting packages and variance analysis Oversee payroll processing, ROEs, and year-end T4 filings Requirements:

University degree in Accounting or Business CPA designation required Seven-plus years of progressive accounting experience Experience with full-cycle close and group accounting Advanced Excel and financial data management capabilities Bring CPA-led close ownership, reporting accuracy, and multi-entity accounting experience to Baker Tilly’s Windsor team.
