Creative Director Our sister company, JAXX, is looking for a Creative Director. We're seeking a senior creative leader to help drive the vision and execution of commercial, branded, entertainment, and motion-led creative projects, including main title design, animation, and 2D/3D content. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, production companies, entertainment marketing, or creative studios 5+ years leading creative teams and mentoring designers, writers, animators, editors, and multidisciplinary talent Demonstrated experience developing creative campaigns for major brands, networks, studios, or high-profile commercial clients Robust conceptual thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas Experience leading pitches, presenting creative work, and building trusted client relationships Proven experience overseeing main title design and execution, from concept development through production and final delivery Experience leading projects involving motion design, animation, and 2D/3D motion graphics A portfolio showcasing commercial campaigns, branded content, main title sequences, motion design, animation, film/TV marketing, or other integrated creative work Deep understanding of production, post-production, animation, VFX, and creative content workflows Experience collaborating with directors, producers,



strategists, editors, and artists from concept through delivery Strong understanding of digital, social, broadcast, streaming, and emerging media platforms Ability to balance creative excellence with budgets, timelines, and client objectives Bonus Qualifications Experience in entertainment, streaming, film, television, sports, gaming, or consumer brand marketing Recognition through industry awards or notable campaign work Existing relationships within agency, brand, entertainment, or production communities Experience contributing to business development, current business pitches, and studio growth If you're passionate about building impactful creative work, shaping compelling visual stories, and leading talented teams, we'd love to hear from you.
