Reporting to the Manager Claims Auto Field, the Field Claim Specialist Auto ensures we deliver on our promise to help restore our customers after they had a loss in a fast, fair and effective manner.AccountabilitiesReviewing damage photos & claim file loss details to validate damages are loss relatedCreate a loss damage estimate that accurately represents known damagesExplain the repair estimate to the client and negotiate a settlementExplain the rental processEnsure the delivery of individual results within appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity and customer satisfactionProvide on the job training and feedback for team members as requested by managerRecommend and implement changes and/or enhancements to claim policies, best practices, procedures and continuous improvementSupport effective partnerships with agents and brokersEnsure compliance with overall ACG, and regulatory, legal and ethical policies and requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes Oxley, Privacy, Security and governance,
