As Unit Operations Manager, you oversee day-to-day unit performance while supporting safety, security, and risk management. You facilitate compliance audits, monitor inspections, and develop corrective action plans. The position also includes Total Quality Management, problem solving, employee training, and team cohesion across the unit.
