VHA Home HealthCare (VHA) is seeking a part‑time NSWOC nurse to support our Adult Visiting Program in the Toronto region. The NSWOC will provide in‑home wound, ostomy and continence care two days per week, traveling to clients with a valid G2/G license and reliable vehicle.

The RN must be in positive standing with the CNO, hold WOC-EP certification, and have at least three years of medical/surgical or wound care nursing experience. Knowledge of NSWOCC standards is preferred.
