As an Associate II, Quality Control, you will support GMP manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products. Your work spans testing, method development, optimization, qualification, validation, equipment management, and data review. You will collaborate with Production, MSAT, QA, Facilities, and Engineering teams while contributing technical expertise to audits and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform testing, sample management, and stability program activities
- Develop, optimize, qualify, and validate methods
- Review records for GMP and documentation compliance
- Manage QC documentation, training,



and sample programs
- Participate in client, internal, supplier, and health authority audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science; master’s degree preferred
- Four to six years supporting GMP cell therapy quality control
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or related industries
- Robust understanding of cell manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent Health Canada, FDA GMP, and QA knowledge
