As a Bodily Injury Claims Analyst, you will handle Alberta tort claims within TD Insurance’s national bodily injury portfolio. The position requires insurance adjusting experience, legal-workplace knowledge, detailed analysis, and effective communication. You will investigate liability and quantum, manage claim files, and resolve claims with claimants and counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate liability, injuries, and accident-related damages thoroughly
- Establish reserves and follow Major Claims reporting protocols
- Evaluate and resolve complex meritorious claims
- Communicate with claimants, counsel,



witnesses, and experts
- Attend mediations, pre-trials, trials, and other meetings

Requirements:

- Two to three years of insurance adjusting experience
- Alberta or bodily injury experience preferred
- Strong insurance industry and legal-environment understanding
- Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- CIP designation or relevant continuing education preferred
