KORT Payments in Toronto is seeking a Risk Investigator II to handle complex merchant investigations across our North American portfolio. You will monitor risk signals, coordinate with Compliance and Credit, and guide remediation while interacting with merchants and partners.
The role reports to Risk leadership and will influence decisions on reserves, account restrictions, and escalations. A robust analytics background and knowledge of U.S. payments risk are preferred.
