Community Advantage Rehabilitation seeks Registered Occupational Therapists with pediatric experience for flexible community-based care and strong clinical reasoning. Choose part-time or full-time work based on your preferred caseload.

As an independent contractor with CAR, a Spectrum Health Care Company, you will serve adult clients through ministry-funded occupational therapy services. The work includes home visits and virtual care, with opportunities for new graduates and seasoned practitioners. You will assess clients, create evidence-based interventions, and support measurable outcomes through client-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services in homes or virtually
- Conduct assessments using interviews and standardized tools




- Develop intervention plans with clients and caregivers
- Supervise occupational therapy assistants when appropriate
- Maintain timely documentation and complete funding applications

Requirements:

- Registration in good standing with COTO
- Ability to work independently in community practice
- Solid communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Valid G or G2 license and reliable vehicle
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and clinical software
