The Product Owner owns business and functional requirements for learner, manager, admin, and internal workflows. This role defines course delivery, content lifecycle, assignments, completions, certificates, reporting, and compliance behavior. It also supports LMS modernization, migration readiness, and cross-system integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate learning outcomes into business and functional requirements
- Define workflows for delivery, assignments, completions, certificates, and reporting
- Create use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios




- Clarify modernization parity and future-state requirements
- Support demos, UAT, migration, and release readiness

Requirements:

- 6–8+ years in product ownership, learning platforms, or business analysis
- 4+ years working with LMS, LCMS, or learning technology
- 3+ years creating requirements for custom platforms
- Experience with reporting, compliance, content lifecycle, and learner workflows
- Helpful knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, and migrations
