Lead healthcare quality and safety transformation with project and change management expertise at Fraser Health in British Columbia. Hybrid work models are supported.

As Leader, Strategic Transformation, you will guide complex initiatives across Fraser Health’s Quality strategic pillar. Partner with executive sponsors, clinical operations, and cross-functional teams to improve patient and provider experience priorities. Your work spans design, implementation, integration, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead organization-wide quality and safety transformation initiatives
- Develop and oversee strategic transformation plans
- Direct Senior Consultants and assign transformation resources
- Manage initiative budgets, schedules, risks, and interdependencies




- Build stakeholder engagement and communication strategies

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Health Administration or related discipline
- Ten years’ related experience, including five project management years
- Expertise in healthcare, project management, and change management
- Experience supervising others in complex environments
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence and vehicle access
