Support FGF Brands manufacturing teams as a Human Resources Coordinator focused on employee relations and daily plant-floor coordination. Work days run Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

As the Talent and Development On-Site Coordinator, you support consistent Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices for Team Members. The position assists production leaders with employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, time and attendance, and administration. Previous Human Resources experience in manufacturing or warehousing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain an active presence on the plant floor
- Support Team Member relations with site and operations leaders
- Coordinate engagement committee activities and proposals




- Review resumes and coordinate internal interviews
- Manage payroll approvals and hourly attendance systems

Requirements:

- One to two years of related Human Resources experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Understanding of Ontario employment legislation
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
- MS Office, HRIS, WSIB knowledge, and valid driver’s license
