As an Estimator, you will create vehicle damage estimates, document parts, and coordinate customer repair needs. You will communicate throughout repairs, update insurance companies, and support facility KPI performance. The position requires collision repair estimating experience and knowledge of vehicle repair practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and repairs
- Guide customers through the collision repair process
- Update ASE with customer interaction details
- Communicate customer needs to appropriate team members
- Participate in daily production walks with management

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of collision estimating experience
- Experience using Mitchell and Qapter
- Knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines
- Valid driver’s license required
