Interior Health Authority is hiring a relief (temporary) full time Social Worker (BSW) at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, BC. The position is expected to run until September 2027 or until the return of the current incumbent.

The role involves comprehensive psychosocial assessment, care planning and coordination for clients and families, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide counseling, group work, system navigation, advocacy and linkage to specialized resources.
