U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. seeks an experienced Independent Sales Representative to develop business across Ontario. The focus includes -80°C/-86°C freezers, laboratory refrigerators, pharmacy and medical refrigerators, and cold-chain equipment. Experience in laboratory, life science, medical, pharmaceutical, scientific equipment, or B2B healthcare sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business with laboratories, universities, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
- Build relationships with procurement teams and laboratory decision-makers
- Identify equipment requirements and current sales opportunities
- Follow up on quotations, projects,



and repeat business
- Coordinate product selection, pricing, quotations, and order processing

Requirements:

- Experience in relevant laboratory or healthcare sales preferred
- Existing Ontario industry relationships strongly valued
- Ability to work independently and manage longer sales cycles
- Laboratory refrigeration experience is not required
- Independent contractor availability for commission-based compensation
