This Research Associate supports the Metals & Mining Research Analyst within Canadian capital markets. You will research companies, industries, and macroeconomic factors while developing valuation models, investment theses, presentations, and databases. The position also supports institutional clients and covered companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide research support to the Research Analyst
- Develop and maintain complex financial models
- Conduct company, industry, and macroeconomic research
- Prepare presentations, databases, and company reports
- Support institutional client queries and special projects

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in engineering, accounting, finance, or geology
- Two to three years of post-secondary work experience
- Exposure to the mining sector
- Financial modeling and valuation analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Bloomberg or FactSet proficiency
