The Claims & Care Specialist supports policyholders and external partners across claims operations and ongoing policy service. You will explain coverage, review documentation, process claims, and record interactions accurately. Reporting to the VP of Claims & Care, you will help deliver compliant service across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle partner coverage questions, policy inquiries, and issue resolution
- Explain policy terms, coverage, and servicing processes clearly
- Support policy maintenance and general servicing inquiries
- Manage claims intake, documentation review, and processing




- Communicate claim requirements, updates, and outcomes professionally

Requirements:

- Active Level 1 or higher General Insurance Agent license
- Experience in insurance servicing, claims handling, or licensed support
- Understanding of coverage, policy administration, and claims processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and multiple systems
- Solid communication, organization, documentation, and judgment skills
