Give & Go is seeking a Product Developer to join its Innovation & Marketing team to conceptualize products and commission current production lines for bakery sites. You will develop new products or enhance existing ones to meet customer expectations and drive growth.

You will lead cross‑functional projects with Engineering, Marketing, Production, QA and Supply Chain, maintain formulation records, run test kitchen trials and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while mentoring interns.
