This Manager of Clinical Practice provides clinical leadership across qualified and paraprofessional teams. The MCP oversees assessments, care plans, service delivery, and quality improvement initiatives. The role also supports staff mentorship, regulatory compliance, and coordination with funders, care teams, and government programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead clinical quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure holistic assessments and client-centered care plans

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current provincial registration in good standing
- Minimum five years progressive nursing leadership experience
- CPR certification and negative TB status
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance
