Coordinate Christmas Kettle locations with The Salvation Army using volunteer supervision, donor service, and secure donation handling.

This short-term contract supports several Kettle locations across a geographical zone. The coordinator oversees volunteers, communicates campaign issues, and helps maintain effective daily transitions. Responsibilities include location visits, supply reporting, timesheets, mileage reports, and responding to questions about Salvation Army ministries and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Kettle delivery before volunteers arrive
- Supervise, support, and assign Kettle volunteers
- Secure donations after every completed shift
- Report daily issues and supply deficiencies
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets and mileage reports

Requirements:

- One year of related or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
- Some high school coursework; completion is an asset
