LOCATION: Kelowna, BC. POSITION: Full Time / seasonal. SHIFT DAYS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. SHIFT HOURS: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Open Availability is an asset). WAGE RATE: $22.93/ Hourly. Seasonal position for 3 months.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee daily duties of both light and heavy duty custodians.Train new hires and foster BESTs company culture, mission, and values.Maintain open communication with Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager regarding staffing issues, safety, supplies, and other related business concerns.Facilitate staff meetings as required to implement policies,
