Food & BeverageFront Of House - Nozawa Onsen DistilleryWorking in a small rapid-paced venue your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience to our customers.ResponsibilitiesGeneral duties will include, but are not limited to:Opening and closing of the venueProvide customers with the best possible hospitality and experienceHandling POS system, till and reservation systemGood knowledge of general liquor, our products and menuProviding drink recommendations and upselling productsMaking cocktails and drinks to a high standard during busy periodsKeeping the working area clean at all timesDaily and weekly venue cleaningEffectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environmentOffer assistance to the production team when neededExperience / QualificationsPrevious hospitality experienceReports toFloor Supervisor on Duty, Venue Manager
