Experience with project plan creationa. Take end user information to create a very detailed scope and get sign off from the Operations teamb. Create a detailed Excel project plan and drive through status calls and individual status updates to stay on top of the project2. Executive presencea. Portray competence and confidence to the Operations / Client resourcesb. Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting3. Comfort with ambiguitya. Every project will have some level of new complexity that you will need to figure out in order to deliver the projectb. Be prepared to dig into some areas to figure out how to do the standard4. A strong DRIVER personality – drive status updates and understand the intricacies of what is needed5. Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows6. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases; assign resources to projects based on skill and mastery7. Provide input into high‑level functional specifications8. Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements9. Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities10. Serve as an intermediary with the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations11.



Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source‑to‑target mapping12.
