Drive responsive inside sales for NAPA in Dryden, coordinating product sourcing, pricing, orders, and customer service for one major account.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a dedicated contact for a large customer. You will support inquiries, quotations, product sourcing, order management, logistics, and issue resolution. The position requires coordination with suppliers and internal sales, purchasing, warehouse, operations, credit, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the dedicated in office customer contact
- Source products, alternatives, specifications, and supplier availability
- Prepare quotations and validate pricing, margins, freight, and lead times
- Manage orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and issue resolution




- Monitor vendor-managed inventory and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

- Two or more years in inside sales or related experience
- Experience with quoting, order management, and product sourcing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and business systems
- Strong numerical skills for pricing and margin calculations
- Ability to meet customer-site access, safety, and security requirements
