O'Rourke's Peak Cellars in Lake Country, BC is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the front of house across the Tasting Bar, Garden Bistro, and retail wine shop. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise a year‑round and seasonal team, and ensure smooth, profitable service on every shift.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will set service standards, build schedules, manage labour within budget, and partner with the Executive Chef to align dining and wine experiences with
