The Stella is a current Tricon Living rental community located on Dundas Street West in Etobicoke. The Maintenance Specialist will support our Toronto portfolio, applying technical knowledge to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with property teams to minimize resident disruption.
Reporting to Maintenance Managers, you will assist with routine and emergency maintenance, ensure safety standards, and help uphold high service levels across communities.
