This Associate role serves self-directed investing clients through professional education and responsive service. You will explain trading policies, handle inbound requests, and execute client-directed trades under CIRO-ID regulations and CIBC ISI procedures. The position also requires relationship management, sales support, and careful account review.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve client inquiries efficiently through accurate one-call service
- Arrange purchase and sell orders per client instructions
- Execute trades accurately while minimizing trading errors
- Review accounts for restrictions, violations, and coding limitations




- Manage follow-ups involving withdrawals, reorganizations, and foreign exchange conversions

Requirements:

- Current Canadian Securities Course accreditation in good standing
- Current Conduct and Practices Handbook accreditation in good standing
- Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing or CIRO Derivatives Exam
- One to three years of sales and relationship management experience
- Fluent English and preferred Canadian and United States markets knowledge
