This role requires investment product knowledge, careful application review, advisor communication, and Microsoft Office experience. You will work extensively with WealthServ, back-office systems, and insurance carrier websites.Key Responsibilities:Scrub received applications while meeting required service-level agreementsContact advisors for missing information or required signaturesEnter applications and complete trades in WealthServFollow up on transfers and update current WealthServ dataRetrieve and respond to incoming email inquiriesRequirements:Specialized knowledge of investment products, especially Segregated FundsMinimum five years in insurance and financial servicesProven experience using Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of WealthServ is an assetPost-secondary education or equivalentApply investment operations expertise, WealthServ skills, and accurate transaction processing experience with Financial Horizons and Canada Life.
