Maintain Fix Network connectivity as a bilingual Network Support Technician, applying French and English communication to network troubleshooting.

This technician supports franchisees and company employees with LANs, WANs, core networks, peripherals, workstations, and Internet connections. The position also covers hardware preparation, software monitoring, email support, and technical documentation. You will reproduce user issues, research solutions, and provide guidance through phone and electronic support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot LANs, WANs, core networks, and Internet connections
- Repair and manage peripherals and employee workstations
- Monitor and maintain software applications




- Consult technical manuals to implement effective solutions
- Reproduce issues and deliver timely technical resolutions

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Network Management or Information Technology degree
- At least one year of related experience
- Valuable knowledge of Active Directory and Azure
- Basic knowledge of VoIP and Teams Connect
