Shape developer infrastructure with Bazel, AI systems, and distributed platforms as Robinhood’s Senior Staff Software Developer in a technical leadership role. This Senior Staff position directs Developer Infrastructure across DevX, TestX, Backend Platform, and Mobile Platform. You will set shared technical vision, guide org-wide initiatives, and advance developer velocity through AI and agentic systems. The work spans Go, Python, TypeScript, Swift, Android, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

Own Developer Infrastructure’s technical direction and long-term roadmap Lead Robinhood’s Bazel-based monorepo and remote build execution Scale CI/CD pipelines, pre-merge checks,



and test execution Drive TestX infrastructure and full-system development environments Integrate AI and agentic systems across software development Requirements:

10+ years of software engineering experience Senior Staff, Principal, or Distinguished Engineer track record Expertise with Bazel and large-scale monorepo build systems Robust distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure background Fluency in Go and/or Python Bring technical leadership, Bazel expertise, and AI-driven development vision to Robinhood’s company-wide infrastructure direction.
