At Accenture, you will work embedded within client enterprises, translating strategic intent into production AI systems. You will lead teams, govern architecture, and drive adoption, reliability, scalability, time-to-value, and return on investment across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own account-level AI transformation from platform selection through enterprise-wide adoption
- Lead rapid experimentation, prototyping, iteration, and production deployment
- Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management
- Shape investment strategy, value architecture, and adoption roadmaps




- Codify learnings into reusable blueprints, accelerators, and playbooks

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field
- 10–15 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems
- Eight years using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python
- One year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production
- 10–15 years leading and developing software engineering teams
