As a Development Associate, you will support the Development Manager across multi residential projects. The work spans acquisitions, feasibility analysis, municipal approvals, financing, design coordination, construction oversight, and asset management. Responsibilities may range from hands-on support to independent project leadership, based on three to six or more years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support development projects from land acquisition through completion
- Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and due diligence
- Assist underwriting, budgeting, pro-forma analysis, and scenario planning
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants,



architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor schedules, budgets, construction progress, approvals, and project documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or finance
- Three to six or more years of relevant experience
- Exceptional Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office competency
- Pro-forma analysis, quantitative evaluation, and spreadsheet experience
- English and French communication skills with demonstrated initiative
