As Director, you will create the operating system for Services innovation and guide strategic special projects. You will direct innovation PLMs and cross-functional contributors while developing priorities, governance, business cases, and commercialization recommendations. The work connects Services strategy, technology direction, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Services innovation strategy, priorities, and portfolio
- Establish innovation pipelines and cross-functional decision forums
- Direct prototyping, customer co-creation, pilots, and evidence development
- Own portfolio governance, investment recommendations,
and executive reporting
- Lead strategic, ambiguous, and cross-portfolio special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Significant leadership experience in services, innovation, or portfolio management
- Ability to lead teams and complex programs under uncertainty
- Robust business-case, investment, commercial, and financial skills
- Executive presence and cross-organizational influence
