Support construction safety with Cap West Group of Companies as a hands-on Health and Safety Advisor in the Lower Mainland. Apply WorkSafeBC knowledge daily.

This full-time, salaried Advisor provides site-based HSE support at an assigned construction project. Working with Superintendents, Forepersons, workers and the general contractor’s safety team, you will identify hazards, address concerns and support compliance. Reporting to the Group HSE Manager, you will assist with inspections, documentation, investigations and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Walk work areas and document inspections regularly
- Check FLHAs, toolbox talks, permits and safe procedures
- Support incident investigations and corrective-action follow-up




- Maintain safety records in Autodesk and SharePoint
- Assist orientations, meetings and project safety communications

Requirements:

- Current National Construction Safety Officer designation
- Current WorkSafeBC Intermediate First Aid certification
- Three to five years of construction safety experience
- Robust knowledge of WorkSafeBC requirements
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
