As Fleet Maintenance Planner, you will manage maintenance activities for P&H; Corporate within Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited. You will develop schedules, coordinate repairs, and collaborate with Transportation Planners, internal teams, and third-party logistics providers. The position supports reliable fleet performance through accurate records, reporting, process analysis, and awareness of regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules
- Prioritize servicing to minimize downtime and optimize performance
- Coordinate repairs with internal teams and 3PL providers
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance audits
- Analyze processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ fleet maintenance or transportation management experience
- High school diploma or related post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge of fleet safety and regulatory standards
- Maintenance management software and TMS experience preferred
- Occasional overtime and on-call availability may be required
