As a Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator, you will maintain lease agreements, amendments, tenant information, and critical dates. The work involves lease administration, portfolio reporting, technology support, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, Operations, and business leaders. You will also liaise with brokerage and property management partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain lease systems, agreements, amendments, tenant information, and critical dates
- Coordinate with brokerage and property management service providers
- Monitor renewals, rent escalations, expiries, and upcoming actions
- Coordinate documentation, approvals, reporting,



and record management
- Generate portfolio reports covering occupancy, lease activity, and performance

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in real estate, business, finance, or related field
- Two to five years of relevant real estate experience
- Understanding of commercial lease administration and portfolio management
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
