Apply water treatment expertise and compliance knowledge as a Process and Compliance Technician with OCWA in Angus, Ontario. Full-time regional work includes travel and scheduled on-call availability.

This role implements environmental compliance, process control, and health and safety programs for regional water and wastewater treatment processes. OCWA seeks candidates with treatment operations knowledge, regulatory understanding, analytical ability, and solid communication skills. The position supports audits, inspections, training, and operational problem-solving across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement environmental compliance and process control programs
- Monitor processes, equipment, data, and legal requirements
- Conduct internal audits and participate in inspections




- Prepare technical letters, reports, procedures, charts, and graphs
- Provide compliance advice and training to operations staff

Requirements:

- OIT to Class IV applicable water or wastewater certification
- Post-secondary environmental education or equivalent field knowledge
- Valid Class G driver’s licence
- Availability for emergencies and scheduled on-call assignments
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements
