Lead hotel and Nordic spa facilities in Canmore with pool operations, maintenance systems, and hands-on troubleshooting responsibilities. Full-time work includes weekends and on-call duties.

As Facilities Manager for Everwild Canmore, you will lead the Maintenance department and support a safe, reliable guest environment. The position covers MaintainX, preventative maintenance, commercial pools, hot tubs, building systems, contractors, and capital projects. You will report to the General Manager and work with the Director of Facilities on property improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pool and hot tub operations, testing, sanitation, and records
- Develop MaintainX asset registries, work orders, schedules, and reporting
- Oversee preventative maintenance across guest rooms and building systems
- Manage contractors, suppliers, inspections,



purchasing, and operational emergencies
- Lead renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital project handovers

Requirements:

- Progressive facilities or maintenance leadership experience
- CMMS configuration experience; MaintainX experience strongly preferred
- Commercial pool and hot tub maintenance knowledge
- Capital project experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedules
- Solid leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
