Lead IBM TRIRIGA delivery through scalable design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support across enterprise facilities applications.

This Technical Lead requires 10-15 years of IT experience and solid IBM TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support expertise. You will translate BRDs into functional and technical specifications while guiding developers and collaborating with analysts, architects, users, and support teams. The work covers IWMS processes and full software delivery lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into IBM TRIRIGA design specifications
- Lead configuration, customization, enhancement, and solution design
- Guide coding, troubleshooting, peer reviews, and technical practices
- Support integrations, testing,



deployment, and production issues
- Maintain technical documents, release plans, and support notes

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of IT experience with IBM TRIRIGA delivery
- Hands-on Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, and Form Builder experience
- Knowledge of IWMS, lease, space, facilities, and maintenance processes
- Experience with REST, SOAP, ETL, migration, reporting, and SQL
- Ability to lead technical teams and review deliverables
