Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive sustainable improvements across its manufacturing facility. This role will play a key part in implementing a structured continuous improvement framework, strengthening operational performance, and building a culture of accountability and improvement at all levels of the organization.

Daily responsibilities

- Lead the deployment and execution of continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the manufacturing facility.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to establish improvement priorities and drive measurable results.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, problem-solving workshops, and process improvement projects.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational improvements and sustain results.
- Coach and mentor employees and leaders on continuous improvement tools,



methodologies, and best practices.
- Support change management initiatives to embed a sustainable culture of operational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing structured manufacturing excellence systems such as TPM, TPS, WCM, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Lean tools, root cause analysis, waste reduction, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Salary Range: $120,000 - 145,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
