As a BIM Coordinator, you will integrate discipline models, maintain workflows, and manage technical records. You will support clash detection, document control, and coordination reviews across multidisciplinary projects. The work follows BEP requirements, ISO 19650 principles, and established project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate discipline models into project federated models
- Identify conflicts and communicate issues for resolution
- Maintain model versions in document management systems
- Facilitate coordination reviews and document follow-up actions
- Prepare technical records, transmittals,



and documentation packages

Requirements:

- Minimum three years working with technical construction drawings or documents
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and federated model management
- Experience performing clash detection and reviewing BIM models
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, LOD frameworks, and BEP implementation
- Ability to work onsite in Mississauga five days weekly
