The Vancouver Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP seeks a highly-motivated experienced lawyer to join our national Labour and Employment Group. The successful candidate will join a team which provides a full range of legal advice to clients who operate in a wide range of industries.The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in British Columbia and have the following credentials:1 – 4 years of post-call labour and employment experience, particularly in litigation; Excellent academicand skilled credentials; Strong analytical,communication and drafting skills; andDemonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.Salary Range: $118K to $165KThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a team providing service to unionized and non-unionized clients in all areas of labour and employment law, including human rights, privacy, employment litigation, labour arbitration, legislative compliance and related litigation,
