Supervise FBO line service at Skyservice by coordinating crews, maintaining safety standards, and supporting efficient ramp and hangar operations.

The Crew Chief provides operational leadership for line service personnel and works with the FBO Manager on performance standards. Daily work includes hangar stack coordination, workload planning, crew monitoring, and direct feedback. The position also performs Line Service Attendant duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor line service crew performance against role requirements
- Consult with the FBO Manager on hangar stacks
- Coordinate workload to maximize operational efficiency
- Enforce Health and Safety rules, procedures, and policies
- Provide valet, luggage, ice, and catering services

Requirements:

- Self-starter with robust organizational and time management skills
- Clear communication and sound critical thinking
- Professional conduct with flight crews and customers
- Restricted Area Pass and AVOP
- Basic FBO360 navigation and functionality knowledge
