Deliver patient-centred nursing care at Providence Care Hospital as a Part Time Registered Nurse with active assessment and planning skills.

Working in a non-acute setting, you will support assigned patients as part of an inter-skilled team. The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical conditions and patient transitions. Care addresses physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs while following hospital policies and Ontario nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess complex patient health statuses and determine initial care plans
- Deliver direct care within nursing scope and relevant legislation
- Establish care priorities with inter-professional team members
- Participate in preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitative care, and discharge planning
- Advocate for patients and protect family rights

Requirements:

- Active, unrestricted College of Nurses of Ontario license
- Current CPR certificate
- Nursing Diploma from an approved university or college
- BNSc preferred
