Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, this Finance Business Partner advises business and finance leaders. The role connects financial performance with operational priorities through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations. It supports informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders on priorities, drivers, and financial performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
- Perform variance and trend analysis for assigned business areas
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics




- Support business cases through financial modelling and analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- Minimum five years of relevant financial planning experience
- Robust financial acumen and business insight development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
