The Store Leader Trainee supports the store leadership team while learning retail management responsibilities. You will help develop employees, implement marketing programs, manage transactions, and use store reports to affect change. Previous supervisory experience is welcomed for this immediately hiring position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience is welcomed
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and multitask
