The Senior Manager oversees Canadian licensee relationships and current opportunities across NBA and WNBA consumer products. The role also supports Global Partnerships account management, partnership rights, activations, and business objectives. Success requires strategic thinking, financial analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Canadian NBA and WNBA licensee relationships and performance
- Negotiate renewals, contracts, royalty structures, and financial terms
- Source new licensees and develop strategic licensing categories
- Guide product planning, innovation discussions, and business reviews




- Monitor royalty reporting, compliance, and contractual obligations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and seven-plus years of work experience
- Experience in media, entertainment, business development, licensing, marketing, or retail
- Advanced Microsoft Office, analytical, financial planning, and forecasting skills
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management abilities
- Knowledge of Canadian retail and consumer trends preferred
