Yee Hong, as it prepares to open the Ng Siu Chan Centre, seeks an Assistant Director of Resident Care to shape the culture, resident experience and care workplace from day one. Reporting to the Director of Resident Care, you will coordinate the Home’s RAI-MDS program and provide interdisciplinary support for continuous improvement.

You will lead RAI implementation, training, audits, and CIHI submissions while collaborating with Ministry inspectors.
