As Payroll Team Lead, International, you will oversee multiple payrolls and guide Payroll Administrators. The position emphasizes legislation, union agreements, reconciliations, payroll systems, and implementation support. You will help maintain productive operations while resolving complex matters and process issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee multiple payrolls for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Review transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations

Requirements:

- Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
- Minimum five years of progressive payroll experience
- International or multi-jurisdiction payroll experience preferred
- Knowledge of legislation, systems, and unionized payroll
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
