TEKsystems supports a Gaming and Lottery client seeking a UX/CX Researcher with four to five-plus years of relevant experience. You will investigate customer behavior, uncover user needs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The work involves interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping, and collaboration with product, design, business, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop research plans, screeners, guides, and study methodologies
- Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and secondary research
- Analyze journeys, workflows, task flows, and friction points




- Synthesize findings into insights and prioritized recommendations
- Present outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements:

- Four to five-plus years in UX, user, design, or CX research
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Understanding of journey, workflow, and task-flow analysis
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
